Raw ore enters the upper channel evenly. The CCD camera captures real-time images and the AI processor analyzes color, brightness, and texture.
Unqualified materials are removed by the air ejector system.
The lower layer performs secondary sorting, ensuring the final product's purity reaches 99% or above.

Working principle:

Color sorter is a device that automatically sort out particles of different colors in granular materials using photoelectric detection technology based on differences in the optical properties of the materials. Belt type color sorters use belt to transport materials to the exit, which is equipped with a high-speed industrial camera acquisition card. The materials are collected by industrial cameras at the end, and the materials can be separated by color through a separation execution system.
