EDDY CURRENT SORTER WORKING PINCIPLE

The eddy current separator uses a high-speed rotating magnetic rotor to create rapidly changing magnetic fields. When non-ferrous metals (like aluminum or copper, lead, zinc, alloy etc) pass through, they generate eddy currents, which produce a repelling magnetic force. This force ejects the metals away from the rest of the material, enabling efficient separation of non-ferrous metals from waste streams.
