Air Separator

Airflow sorting machine, also known as specific gravity air separator,mainly uses aerodynamics to achieve the separation of light and heavy materials. When the material is sent from the feeding equipment to the airflow sorting machine, it is dispersed through a Z-shaped stepped channel. Using aerodynamics, the light material is sent to the unloading hopper by a cyclone dust collector, and the heavy material is sent to the next level of sorting equipment through the heavy material outlet. This equipment has a large particle size rangefor sorting, and the sorting effect can reach over 98%.
Applications:Suitable for industrial waste, automotive tailings crushing materials, waste recycling materials, incinerator ash,scrap steel crushing materials, household appliance crushing materials, and other waste mixing materials, removing lint, dust.sponges and other light floating materials from the materials.The air separator enhances the overall purity of recyclable materials and reduces landfill disposal volume, making it an essential component in modern waste treatment lines.
