Working Process of waste tire recycling line

The overall workflow is divided into the following steps:

1. Ring cutting machine: Remove the tire rim opening
2. Slitting machine: Cut the tire into strips of rubber
3. Slicer: Cut the strip rubber into blocks (about 5 * 5cm)
4. Squeezing machine: used for separating rubber and steel wire from various tire rim openings to obtain a complete steel rim
5. Double roll rubber powder machine: Crush rubber blocks into rubber powder or rubber particles (5-40mesh)
6. Vibration screen: Sort rubber particles of different sizes, and send oversized particles back to the rubber powder machine for secondary crushing
7. Magnetic separator: Separate steel wire from rubber steel wire mixture
8. Secondary vibrating screen: Sort rubber particles of different sizes, and send oversized particles back to the rubber powder machine for secondary crushing
9. Magnetic separator: Remove possible remaining fine steel wires
10. Fiber separator: Remove foreign objects and fibers
