Product Description
Eddy Current Sorter
Eddy current sorting machine is mainly used for the recovery of non-ferrous metals( such as copper, aluminium, zinc, etc) from industrial and domestic waste, and the sorting range of non-ferrous metals with a particle size greater than or equal to 2 square millimeters . The sorting rate could reach 99%.The material is fed by a vibrating screen and conveyed to the magnetic roller via a belt. The internal magnetic roller rotates at high speed, causing the magnetic field to change at a high frequency. This high-frequency variation induces strong eddy currents in the non-ferrous metal fragments. The magnetic field generated by these eddy currents opposes the original magnetic field,creating a powerful repulsive force that ejects the non-ferrous metals from the material stream, achieving separation.
