Our Disc Screen Separator, also known as a Disc Screener or Star Disc Separator, is specially designed for high-efficiency separation and classification of solid waste materials. It is widely used in waste recycling plants, MRFs (Material Recovery Facilities), biomass processing, and RDF (Refuse Derived Fuel) production lines.

The disc screen utilizes a series of rotating discs to convey and agitate the material in a linear motion across the screening surface. As the material moves forward and downward, smaller particles fall through the gaps between the discs under the combined action of gravity and shaft rotation. Oversized materials remain on the screen surface and continue to move forward for further processing in the next stage.
